About JRS Memorial Foundation
Our Mission
The Josh Seibold Memorial Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 33-3247632), was established in 2025 to support those living with Type 1 Diabetes and to uplift the community that Josh was so proud to be a part of. Following Josh’s passing in 2024 due to complications related to Type 1 Diabetes, we created this foundation to honor his life, preserve his legacy, and stand together in the fight against this disease.
In just two years of hosting a memorial golf tournament in Josh’s name, we have raised over $50,000 to support individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes and to give back to the community where Josh grew up. Through these efforts, we continue to celebrate his life while making a meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of others.
